Welcome to our language learning class! To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, here are some important guidelines:

 

1. Level Test: Before classes start, I'll assess your speaking proficiency with a brief 10-minute test to understand your language abilities.

 

2. How to Take the Level Test: We'll use Skype for the test. If you don't have it, please download it from the Playstore. Look for my ID "cath7845" and send a message to initiate the test.

 

3. Book Recommendation: After the test, I'll recommend a book that suits your level to improve your language skills.

 

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling: Once your schedule is set, it's fixed. If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 1 hour before the class starts. No rescheduling during the class, and no-shows will not be made up.

 

5. Attendance Policy: Missing a class without notice is considered an absence, and there won't be make-up classes.

 

6. Absentee Notification: If you know you'll miss a class, tell me at least 1 hour in advance. This helps me manage the schedule for all students.

 

7. Partial Class Completion: If you join late or leave early, there won't be make-up classes for missed minutes. Students pay for the full class.

 

Once your schedule is confirmed, if you choose to postpone your class for several weeks without making a payment, I'll have to assign your time to another student. As I maintain a waiting list and work on a first-come, first-served basis due to my limited availability, I can only hold your schedule for one week. If you don't complete the payment within that time, I will offer the slot to another student on my waiting list.

 

I genuinely understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. However, I kindly request that you inform me in advance of any potential scheduling conflicts, so I can make necessary adjustments while managing my other duties efficiently.
